Yes, we offer a day pass for £7.50. This day pass limits your access to only the gym training area, therefore will not have access to the recovery room.
You can cancel or freeze your membership by visiting the front desk or emailing management@musclebasingym.com. Please refer to our membership agreement for details on any associated costs or terms. Please be mindful that a 1 month notice is needed to cancel/freeze.

Parking is not available at the gym; however, you can park on the bays and yellow lines on the main road and side streets before 8:30am and after 6:30pm for free otherwise you will need to pay and display. If you are a permit holder already then you can park on bays anytime of the day.
Absolutely! Calisthenics can be adapted to various fitness levels. Our trainers are qualified in working with beginners and will help you progress at your own pace.
Please phone 0794 460 6026 or email management@musclebasingym.com specifying the item you have lost. We will then inform you if the item has been found will be kept on-site for 48 hours for you to collect.

No, Muscle Basin Gym is open to individuals of all faiths and backgrounds. Although we incorporate Islamic principles in our gym, we welcome everyone who shares our passion for fitness, community, and well-being.
We only play Nasheed or Quran recitations in our gym in our commitment to establishing Islamic principles. That being said you are free to play music on your own personal headphones.
